The Zen Browser is awesome. It uses the FF codebase but looks like the Arc Browser! (www.zen-browser.app)

that's on you, it was in alpha/beta stage of development.

They just released a "stable" release, and I still wouldn't trust it enough to recommend it to someone else based on how new and small they are.
