Summary

A Russian missile strike hit a hotel in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, where U.S., U.K., and Ukrainian humanitarian volunteers were staying. They survived, but four others were killed, and over 30 were injured.

Zelensky condemned the attack and urged continued pressure on Russia. Meanwhile, Trump is pushing for peace talks, pausing U.S. military aid and intelligence sharing after a dispute with Zelensky.

Critics fear Russia now has leverage in negotiations, as Europe struggles to fill the gap left by reduced American support.

Lol how do you think the aftermath of Pearl Harbour would have gone if someone like Trump was in power instead of FDR? He is the commander in chief. Nothing will happen.

It could potentially stop Americans from sleepwalking into the decline of their country, perhaps. Maybe even generate the political will to get rid of Trump. But none of that is even close to happening. The easy road off this path hasn't been available since last November. The path out of this mess now necessary leads through suffering.

trump is obssessed with hitler, so he would probably join hitler in his war effort, also because alot of nazi elements came from USA segregationist/racist policies too.

If pearl harbour 2.0 happened, eg North Korea attacked the US and the american people knew that Putin was behind it... I think they would rise up against trump if he didn't take action. Thing is, trumps nothing if not an opportunist, he'd know that. So he'd do at least the minimum to placate the people. He'd have no choice.
