I mean not that I think medical debt should exist, but debt collectors are totally scared little bunny rabbits who absolutely look at some sovcit nonsense form and say, oh I guess we're done sending bills.

Well, it IS medical debt. So the outcome SHOULD be that it ceases to exist. Unfortunately, this is reality.
