6 hostages for 6 seems reasonable. 7 or 8 even. But why 600?
The end goal of a ceasefire is to not have any hostages left eventually. If one side has a lot more, then they need to release a lot more. Its not about equal exchange, people arent a currency.
Because they ~~kidnapped~~ arrested that many innocent people.
