What a surprising turn of events! Who could've possibly predicted this? Are you telling me that the party founded on hate for anyone who isn't a rich white guy is making things harder for whoever isn't a rich white guy? Preposterous!
I know this is nitpicky semantics and all, but the party technically was not founded on hate for anyone who isn't a rich white guy, it was at one point the party of opposition to slavery but after the Civil War ended and reparations began the parties sort of shifted and became moderate and heavily bipartisan until that all changed in the 1960s when Democrat President Lindon B Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and political parties continued to polarize in the rise of the information era until reaching the peaks we're currently at.
They had different principles when they were founded, but that was a long time ago.
Yeah I meant the modern republican party. It's kind of ironic that the party that freed the slaves is also the one that wants them back.
They are even making it bad for rich white guys!
Billionaire fascists have no friends, they have accomplices and pawns. Both are disposable once they served their purpose, much like the values and principles said billionaires pretend to stand for.
The only thing they value is themselves and their innate disdain for everybody else.
Fascism gets extra spicy once they betray the people who put them in power.
