The Biden administration’s Title IX rules expanding protections for LGBTQ+ students have been struck down nationwide after a federal judge in Kentucky found that they overstepped the president’s authority.

Thought the Supreme Court ruled that president could do whatever fuck he wants? Guess that only for Trump.

If I was Biden I start putting hits out on these judges and ruling them official duties. Fucking Kentucky judge for real.
