The FBI legend is that the Bureau was created to fight bank robbers like John Dillinger or Bonnie and Clyde. The truth is that it was created to build up files to deport people like Emma Goldman.

Look for Trump to push a new Patriot Act though, using Luigi's attack as a pretext.
