Um einer Community auf einer anderen Instanz beizutreten brauchst du einen Link im Format https://feddit.de/c/programming@programming.dev auf https://programming.dev/c/programming kann man sich nämlich (meines Wissens nach) nicht direkt mit dem feddit Account anmelden oder der Community beitreten.
