No he doesn't. He means wealthy people who worship him, and everyone else should grovel and plead for their existence, every minute, of every day. He doesn't give a fuck about race, even though a lot of his supporters do. He cares about power, fame, and money.
He has literally asked why people from good countries like Norway don't immigrate here.
He means white.
He says anything that pops into is feeble mind. He also says anything he thinks will be popular. Trump has no ideals beyond money, power, and fame. He's not an anything "ist" because he doesn't have any principles at all. He will embrace anything that serves one of his three gods. If that thing is racism then he'll embrace it. If that thing is anti-racism, then he'll embrace that too.
