When a character wakes up in the hospital.
They've been out for three days. They're obviously in real bad shape, every time they move they grunt.
Then they just rip out the IV and pulse monitor. But not any of the ekg wires. And then just leave.
Good luck getting down the hallway in that shape.
Dude, I was in a hospital bed for 3 days after a car accident. I could barely shuffle around the nurse's station when they released me.
I spent 11 days in the hospital after a car accident. After I was released, my grandmother had to carry the book I was reading into different rooms for me for weeks.
Yeah I don't think people get how weak the body gets when it's healing big things.
They'll be lucky if they can even get up and walk at all, since people who've been even in short term comas do have to re-learn walking and talking.
