I was just at a labor law conference recently and heard a presentation about all these challenges. While the lawyers representing workers in these cases were optimistic, and overturning the Wagner Act was unlikely, according to them, I'm still worried. Billionaires have limitless pockets for lawsuits against the NLRB.
In the end, if the NLRB ends up unconstitutional, there will be one good thing: we can start general strikes again and shut everything the fuck down.
