Computer engineers maybe. Don’t know too many civil engineers that deal with base 8.
They used to be experimental engineers until the accident.
Dont get me started on the quantum engineers. I was told to supervise them. How the fuck do i do that without observing them?
Just tell me in advance what bugs were going to expect.

Old control engineers will also be familiar, I know the old koyo line of plcs is octal based (even though the modbus addressing isn't).
