TB;DR: give a summary or archived versions without paywall of articles you share.,

Not really an issue. Copy the page link, go to archive.ph, run the link. Removes the annoying pop ads and such 99% of the time.

Not OP but for myself I have to say I keep forgetting the archiving sites. I should know better by now but there it is. So thank you for this. Bookmarking it now.
