Someone close to me is continuing with their plans to vacation to Maui even after the disaster. I personally think it is insensitive to the people of the island to go vacation and have a good time while they are mourning all of their losses.

I find this mildly infuriating. Is it just me? Am I just being weird?

*Edit: The trip is early this week and they are going there strictly to vacation.

I have a ring camera at the front door and while I was at work, it caught on video that as my roommate was heading out, our mail lady was walking up the drive and handed him a package for me. He literally had the front door still open, half body in half body out. He accepts the package, puts it down on the porch, disappears back inside the house, then leaves the house and steps over the package to walk to his car.

Three hours later I get home and the package is missing. Checked the cams again and someone covering their face had stolen it and ran off.

My roommate infuriates me -.-

So, we have this nice small pizza place in town and it's amazing. Or at least it has been until today. We've been here like 4 times as it's fairly new but it's been amazing. Today we ordered a pizza paid over the phone like normal, and my girlfriend went to pick it up, brought it 5 minutes back to my house and we opened it and it was a mess. The pizza wasn't even a circle lol. We asked for a large pepperoni and cheese with extra of both as normal and the entire middle was missing pepperoni. There was hardly any pepperoni at all. The dough was messed up and everything. Called the restaurant, and the lady immediately starts going off on me. Cursing at the top of her lungs and saying "I know what I made I made that and it looked great as do all my pizzas." She then started saying it slid in my car and that's what happened. Lol. It did not slide at all. And if it did slide, where's everything that "slid" at? So I said well I'd like to bring the mess in and get my money back because it doesn't even look edible. She then continued to go off and said "Whatever I don't understand whats wrong with you but bring it in then."

Brought it in, she immediately opens it, says "That definitely slid I'm not stupid evidently you must be a stupid teenager." Mind you I'm 19 and look younger so that makes this even worse that she's going off on what she thinks to be a kid. She then takes the pizza and literally throws it on the ground. (In the box thankfully lol) I argued back and forth with her a bit before she finally agreed to refund me. Even one of the other customers in there was asking what her problem was.

Quite the experience. I just wanted a nice pizza lol.

Original Title: Went to see a movie a couple weeks ago. The people behind us (seemingly a family consisting of a few teenagers) were extremely loud and kept climbing over the seats into our row and yelling at each other. This is the mess they left.

So we (me and my hubby) planned a tour on east coast with a touring company. We did not have our car with us for some reason. We were supposed to reach by 8:10 am. We waited for 30 mins on uber but unfortunately drivers were continuously canceling the rides. Finally we got one. It was 8:08 am and we were almost there, just needed barely 3/4 minutes when the tour guide called. He told us that he will start sharp at 8. He point blank refused to wait for just 2 minutes (inspite of us requesting urnestly describing our situation) and told us that we need not come and call the customer care to cancel the tour!! We came back home. Now the customer care is not taking our calls. And also we found out that they have no refund policy. Is this normal? I feel like we have been robbed >_<

Me (f27) and two coworkers (m30s) have been traveling around the country for a few weeks together. We got the airport hotel last night and agreed to meet at 9 to shuttle to the airport together.

I come down at 8:50. I see a shuttle, but not my coworkers so I decide to wait for them. You know, like a nice person.

Shuttle takes off maybe 2 minutes later and I get a text from one of them saying they hopped on a shuttle and would see me at the airport.

Those dicks didn't see me standing at the doors? Couldn't text me earlier letting me know they were downstairs? What was even the point of saying 9 if they were going to leave before then?

I'm fine with going through by myself, it just makes me feel so terrible to be left behind.
