Starfield is a shit game that should not need the level of detailed gfx to run. Anything from 2000 will trash Starfield today. The devs know this.

Cantonese is a dead language. China will execute anyone who looks canton or speaks canton. It's that bad. Same with hokkein and teochew and all dialects besides mandarin. And then China's population will dwindle to zero and this will save us from climate change.

I know that recent drama has caused a bit of uneasiness in the community for this platforms future, but I am optimistic for lemmy. It might be helpful to look to mastodon to learn how to move forward. in c/fediverse@lemmy.world

Ukraine cannot win here. Russia has the world's most devious and cruel combat engineers laying in miles and miles of entrenched defence fortifications. Backed by Russia's world leading artillery battalions, there is no way Ukraine can push back Russia without battlefield nukes.

Russia is already laying in massive quantities of entrenched long range radar, antiaircraft batteries and missiles. US cannot acquire air power over that region any longer. If you have played a realistic war flightsim like Falcon 5.0, you will know air power cannot prevail against Russia's AA tech.

I'm looking for games that make me feel small and insignificant in c/patientgamers@sh.itjust.works

try Champions of Regnum. Easily 20+v20+v20+ RvR open pvp. You do feel somewhat like a small cog in a big war machine, but with still opportunity to shine if you can perceive it.
