It isn't that bad, I started to buy locally and it's true that sometimes it is a bit more expensive but just for a few euros, and sometimes it is the same price.

I also found that if you look for the original vendor site you'll find it probably cheaper than amazon.

And on the other hand cancelling prime will save me 50€ a year.

What I think is that it won't matter to them because narcos and other predators will just change the methods they use to communicate, and for the rest we will be left with this backdoor that could go wrong in so many ways and the mass of people can't change that easily their methods of communication.

Chat control, Sweden with Signal, now this BS. What the hell EU? Nobody believes that this crap is to protect children or now to "catch narcos". I really wonder what is this about. In the spanish Constitution we have an article that is supposed to protect us from this, and still they were one of the countries pushing the chat control to happen.

While I do not disagree with you I think you missed my point. Like it or not, when he dies we will have another Pope, and I can bet money that the church is going to take the opportunity of the current trend to put a Pope that literally does the "Musk salute" and keep pushing their agenda... and like I said millions of people care a lot about what the Pope has to say. The last thing we need right now is a Pope that openly and aggressively supports far right governments in his speech.

As an ex-catholic myself I don't like too much the Catholic church, but this dude wasn't that bad comparing to all other Popes, don't forget that millions of people listen and follows whatever he says. It would not be so funny if we get a nazi apologist Pope now, to be honest I hope he lives a bit more.
