Nobara is based on Fedora and maintained by GloriousEggroll. It has a lot of kernel-level tweaks and pre-installed software that aims to make it easier to start gaming right out of the gate

With the release of bazzite 2.0 and the existence of other steamOS-like distros like chimera OS, I'm just wondering if anyone is running their steam deck with a different distro than what was shipped. How does the experience stack up, do you prefer something like chimera or bazzite? Just wondering if I'm missing out by keeping the stock OS.

I'm ditching htop for btop, look how cool it is in c/linux@lemmy.ml

Yeah, that looks very cool. Wish I could use it as my wallpaper or a widget in gnome
