don't click on the notification. expand it by dragging it a bit down, it will reveal "accept" and "deny" buttons

To be fair, that shouldn't be the only way to do it. There should be an obvious way to do that in the settings as well.

I was confused by this same thing. Afaik clicking accept within the notification did the trick because it's working, and when I clicked into the add-ons manager and checked permissions for Bitwarden, I didn't see anything amiss.
What does the BitWarden extension do that the app doesn't?
Nothing really, having it installed is really a habit from my desktop where there isn't an app.

I'm having the same with an add on. I've just been dismissing it when it comes up and hoping a bug fix comes.
See other comments, you accept through the notification. I've been around Android since before that was something you could do, so I tend to forget about it. Now if only I could get NTFY to stop notifying me that it's running...
I accept it from the notification and it still comes back. This is for consent-o-matic. Idk, I'll try again. Maybe this time it'll work.
Try a reboot afterwards?
