As a big mana player I love this, and tbh given how post decks never show up in legacy anymore maybe this isn’t too busted there? Wishful thinking??
I mean, bearing in mind the set also adds five new loci that are all mana neutral, and adding in that your big splashy spells can be any color or even multicolor, AND that this card is mana neutral the turn you play it... Yeah, I think it would see some play.
It probably needs to be just one any color mana, maybe add some other fancy thing to make it special.
Or maybe it could be legendary, that might make it more fair. Not fair, mind you, just more fair.
As is... Even vintage could see a playset of these as reasonable in a lot of decks.
