I figured, I was looking for the model number so we could see specs, age, etc.
Installing Linux on old PCs and laptops is what got me into Linux (and other OSs) in the first place.
I still love it. There's a joy of breathing new life into old hardware.
Perhaps it's similar to how people like fixing up old cars even if people aren't really going to drive them again.

I'd suggest moving away from GNOME as it's quite a resource hog
I ran LFS on my Latitude 13. Not the one from 2016 or something, but from 2010, with an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 1.3GH and 4 GB RAM. It did work pretty well still, for anything not related to browsing the internet, even on Arch Linux.
