I live off of coffee and alcohol. Can confirm I’m very immature.

Hydro homie

One of the rare instances where the censored version was actually better.

Is there a hydro homies sublemmy yet?

[–] The_Picard_Maneuver@startrek.website 4 points 10 months ago (1 children)

I think I saw this crossposted to one yesterday, but I didn't think to save it.

Don't know to properly link a community so here's this https://lemmy.ml/c/hydrohomies

Keeping my fingers crossed for the bot to correct me.

Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !hydrohomies@lemmy.ml

You did it right!

Dude finally made it.

I basically get as much tap water as I want and I only pay like $10 a month. It's amazing! Try doing that alcohol!

[–] tigeruppercut@lemmy.zip 3 points 10 months ago

What does soda water count as?

[–] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 3 points 10 months ago (2 children)

I have to buy my water cuz even when ran through a good filter, my tap water tastes like a pool. It shouldn't taste like anything!

[–] Bluefruit@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago (1 children)

What kind of filters have you tried? Reverse osmosis filters can be pretty effective or so ive heard.

[–] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 3 points 10 months ago (2 children)

Nothing quite that fancy. Like, I have a PUR filter that fits over the faucet, and a Brita fridge one.

Do they have reverse osmosis systems that are more apartment friendly? I've seen them at Home Depot but they're like things you need to connect to the plumbing.

Don't have one, but these do exist: https://a.co/d/hSFmqbn

I also suffer from excellent quality, terrible tasting tap water. Tastes like Dasani, even filtered. Sparkling water in cans it is, I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

damn it do be like that
