I have good news for you. Even though they're not federally regulated - Free pads and tampons could become permanent features in City of Winnipeg facilities. Kinda unbelievable that it has taken this long..

I have good news for you. It's not a pilot project. The Canada labour code has been updated to include this provision in all federally regulated workplaces.
