If it's exclusive I will be sad. I feel like most people who are super into marvels games are on PS5.

I think Marvel has the gaming rights for Spiderman but since Sony has the movie rights they need to play nice with them and give them a bone (i.e. exclusivity) if they want to ever use spiderman in the MCU again. Also Spiderman is by bar one of if not the most popular Marvel character. Additionally, Insomniac is handling that franchise incredibly. I think Arcane is a great choice for this game given their track record. I also think Marvel might have more leverage to make it multiplatform compared to Spiderman, and they have to know that probably everyone who bought Spiderman is going to want to play Blade.

Yeah, I’d be hard pressed to come up with a more popular character than Spider-Man.

He has super broad appeal with none of the weird hangups other heroes might have. And I’m not even talking just Marvel.

I literally can’t think of a more popular superhero. Maybe Batman or Superman, at some point, but I don’t think anyone else comes close.

Marvel alone? Maybe Wolverine?
