Typical forward's tackle. Deserved red though.
Football / Soccer / Calcio / Futebol / Fußball
What an absolute joke. Can't go a single game without the refs cheating. Joke pens every game so far and now this.
People is this thread are high. This is a clear red. straight leg into his opponents path without even looking what hes doing. If thats not reckless i dont know what is.
united actually needs to put out a statement
There’s the bullshit call we all knew was coming.
Bad luck, he's trying to step across to shield the ball but got it wrong. Red the correct call even if there's no intent
it hurts to watch it.
Wasnt his intend but i agree to show red.
Complete bs, clearly looking at the ball.
Honestly , one relaxed game is all i fucking ask for
Man VAR has really fucxed football. How is that a red? Have these people never played football?
Not intentional whatsoever
What a fucking joke
We were actually playing well as well, just let me enjoy football once please 😭
Game's gone
There’s our weekly horrendous decision… his ankle is already planted, it’s not high. How?
That looks awful, but feel like the Copenhagen player has put his leg under Rashfords, he hasnt even tried to tackle. Just protecting the ball - but also lucky he’s not broke his leg. Pretty conflicting
All he's trying to do is shield the ball.
Very unlucky, but still a red card.
Seems like this kind of contact has pretty consistently been a red card this season. Obviously he doesn't do it intentionally but he still catches the guy in a dangerous manner.
Man Utd have had sooooo many bad calls against them this year. It is tough to watch.
According to the rulebook this is a clear red.
You can't blame the ref or var for this, they followed the rules correctly.
If you don't think it's a red, then you just don't like the rules of the sport.
No intent to do that to the player...
Will his suspension carry over into the Europa League?
Ouch. Looks painful in freeze frame.
That is a fucking joke of a red card
Obviously Rashford doesn't intend to catch him like that, but he does, and I think red is the correct decision. Being unlucky does not mean the decision was unfair.
Owen Hargreaves thought this wasn’t a red “in a million years”. I worry what he saw, perhaps he should pay a visit to Specsavers.
What a bad move of his foot to protect the ball, way too away from the ball... Accidental but deserved 100%
Nah I'm done with football
Not malicious, not deliberate. He's eyes fixated on the ball (where feet will be). Slow mo making it look worse.
Orange for me.
Fucking disgrace
It was not on purpose but it was really bad
Clearly accidental, but not much choice for the ref.
Fucking rubbish decision he’s not even looking at the player
Ah yes, looks like we've got our clown car back on the road.
Definite red though
Fucking shocking decision
ffs he tracked back once since the start of this season and he got a red card
Idiot.
How is that a red dude? Dangerous play??? Wtf?
WHAT ???
I mean what do you want from the ref there
Absolute farce of a decision. How is VAR this bad. How is that violent. What are we doing
Var when utd do anything:
🤬🤬🤬
United get all the decisions sure
Doesn't know a thing about the player being there. Just trying to protect the ball. I mean come on now...
I just dont think that kind of challenge should be a red card. It is just part of the play of the game.
Disgrace
Zero intent nor an attempt at a tackle
Another VAR masterclass
