Idk, my knowledge of balls tells me that pee is stored in them so I'd assume they're unrelated... unless I've been lied to...
It's weird since it's specifically about ejaculating from masturbation. Apparently ejaculating during sex is totes different. Though I find it funny that many who preach it haven't even considered sex.
Tangentially related, I still laugh at myself for my first thought after having sex for the first time 30+ years ago. I can clearly remember thinking,"Well. That was way better than masturbating!"
