Not sure why people keep saying this, it was announced as a disallowed goal for a foul and the on-field ref made the hand signal for foul.
This was not disallowed for offsides.

He was barely interfering but he was interfering in an offside position, therefore the goal isn’t legal

I did not see the offsides review, all I saw was the goal disallowed for a "foul" plastered all over the TV and the ref confirming it.
the goal keeper could clearly move, that's why he clearly moved, just not in the right direction
