if you subtract the percentage difference of the month by the total percentage, then this difference is even greater/the boycott, disemployment of windows bigger as seen for example in denmark and portugal.

Seems to me like the growth of Chinese users is eating into EU numbers. Percentages are zero-sum game. They always need to total at 100. If one percentage goes up, others must go down even if the user numbers grow everywhere.

yeah, every few months there's a spike in Chinese users on Windows in Steam's survey.
