Without knowing the prompt, here's my guess as to how the model made this connection. There's an old anti-joke that goes something like:

What did the bartender say to the horse?

"Why the long face?"

Ketamine (mistakenly) still has a reputation as a horse tranquilizer for some reason even though it was originally developed for use in humans. I think this is just another case of AI reflecting our own ignorance.

Nah, it was all intentional.

My prompt was:

2 panel comic.

Panel 1: Elon Musk walks into a bar, the bartender asks "Why the long face"

Panel 2: Elon replies "Ketamine" while looking like the photo

And the photo was of Elon in the k-hole at the whitehouse recently

I followed up to make his skin a bit worse looking as he was too clean unlike the photo.
