Ukraine has two weeks to make a LOT more of these happen. They need to break Russia's income in a way that can't be fixed fast. If they had the capability, hunting down Russia's shadow fleet of oil tankers would be the next best target.

Not needed. The better target are the ports. Novorossiysk is pretty close to Ukraine and handles 30% of Russias oil exports. The ports around Primorsk and Ust-Luga are also within drone range, but they need longer range ones for those.

Anyone know the coordinates? I tried to find this in FIRMS, but no luck

There is a large area in Russia with no fires. I’m guessing it’s more about lack of satellite coverage or visibility than an actual lack of fires.

Edit: FIRMS updated and caught it btw,

Yeah, the fires are not in question, but lack of satellites or thick cloud cover as another user suggested is probably why they’re not showing up.

My theory is thick cloud cover

If I squint, it kind of looks like a dragon breathing fire.
