It's going to be tough when away fans at Craven Cottage start singing "Saka and Emile Smith Rowe" but they're playing against one another.

At least he's going to the best club in West London.

Still feels tough eventhough we've known for a while. Still tough.

My heart is broken, but my brain says it's for the best. For all parties. :(

I think that's everyone's sentiment.

I'm still in denial, Fulham will suddenly declare bankruptcy and we'll keep him

Goodbye Emil 😢 we'll see you around.

This is the best thing to happen given his situation. Still hurts though.

I love ESR for what he did for us when we were struggling around 8th, but this is great money for a player who hasn't been able to compete at the level we need. Very sad to see him go but clear we need to move on, and £34m and the freed up wages might make all the difference to our incomings.
