One step closer to Snowcrashs FOQNEs. Only a matter of time for non tech companies to do enough lobbying to get the same options.

including the ability to impose taxes, form school districts and courts and provide government services.

Oh yeah, I'm sure Google and Microsoft are totally interested in setting up their own court system.
