Despite teetering on the edge of it, few economists are forecasting an Australian recession anytime soon. But there's one obvious threat missing from the commentary: panic.

I read this article yesterday. Its such a nothing burger. All the writer ends up saying is the economies alright at the moment, and there doesn't seem to be anything analysts are worried about in particular, 'but, but, wait, thats what they always say before a black swan event!'

I'm not saying i'm particularly happy with the state of the economy, (my gripes are related to systemic things that Albo refuses to touch).

Feeling that it's knowable and inevitable, so my gripe is can something knowable and inevitable be a black swan?

It might count if the trigger is something nobody expected? Idk 😅

This is scary because I encounter black swans every day. Black swan events are incredibly common in Australia
