While thebirdspapaya preaches that her ‘body is the least interesting thing about her’, her filter usage and body-centric IG seems to prove otherwise. Alongside her partner Shame Landry, she regularly exploits her 4 children for content. Sarah Nicole Landry has directly plagiarized from content creators, and is known for using filters on her videos and photos to change her face and body. Forever seeking validation, while painting herself the victim, her content is boring and repetitive. She has also openly declared that ‘consent is annoying.’

Rules:

-Please follow Lemmy content guidelines. See https://lemmy.ca/

-Minor's Right to Privacy: No posts about the children whatsoever. No mention of full names and no photos. Minors must be completely removed from all photos/videos. No exceptions. This goes for ANY child. No just TBP's.

-No snarking on the character or appearance of any of the children. This is a site dedicated to Sarah Landry.

-No posting information that is not readily available online/NoDoxxing: Influencers post an abundance of personal information online. Examples of doxxing include:

-Comments Regarding Mental Health: Jokes or Snide remarks about mental health or unaliving oneself will not be tolerated under any circumstances. No armchair diagnosing.

-Do not post or solicit communication with TBP or related influencers: This includes screenshots and references to 'this is what I commented.' Please message a mod if you would like to share anything anonymously.

-No racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, body shaming or other ism/bigotry.

-No TBP crusaders

-No commenting with the sole purpose of being rude/insulting: while criticism/debate is welcome on the page, being purposefully mean, insulting and rude is not.

-Fact check and do your homework: Make sure to research before posting. If you are posting photos or videos that are filtered/photoshopped, make sure it is blatantly obvious. No rumours. no speculations (example Ozempic use).

-No overly vulgar language.

New to the snark but longtime critic of the bird (could never bring myself to follow but I had a mutual connection from my guelph days). My main draw to this community is the hypocrisy of female empowerment influencers and corporate exploitation of women and female relationships to fuel rabid overconsumption 🤮

I found the Reddit sub the day it was banned so I missed out on a lot of the great work that was done by so many of you. Someone else asked for a TLDR of the community so figure I’d start this for anyone else who had questions.

My starter Qs…

  1. The plagiarism — what are some examples? Did people talk to her about this? If so, what’d she say?
  2. I loved Janette’s Mother’s Day parody and got some of the references but some were lost on me —could someone detail the actual story behind that?

Thanks in advance 😊👍
