So i don't have do step 1.1 and 1.2 ? Directly install aur package mentioned in 1.3?

If I'm reading that correctly, yeah all you should need to do is install the AUR package. 1.1-1.3 in that section are different options that don't depend on each other.
I think that particular page needs to be bit more concise.

It's common for arch wiki pages to give multiple options for software to install.
I mean it's never mentioned anywhere that they are multiple options. It's just say 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3, so I got confused. Maybe it's because I'm new to Arch.
