The plot changes?

In any event, I can definitely binge something even if the plot changes. The core gameplay likely will remain the same.

Yes, you still shoot bugs and robots.

But the planets that are available- and by extension the missions - change all the time. You can’t just mainline the game for 150 hours in a week and experience all of it.

Most of the people complaining about the lack of variance in gameplay are the ones playing 12 hours a day constantly.

This is a hot take. Playing on a hot planet against bots and defending a cold planet against bugs isn't an engaging live story.

Enabling TCS on planets and having to disable them on a destroyed version of the map a month later because the TCS was actually mutating the bugs to become more powerful?

We must be playing two different games. I shoot some bugs, play some DDR, and hop on an airplane.
