Maybe as an option. Or perhaps collapsed at first with the option to expand it. I fear that the comments section would look very spammy otherwise and I read in a comment by aeharding that itβs very much on purpose not having them there
I still think it should be an opt out feature because this is the default behavior in Lemmy-UI
Besides, you can easily collapse comments that are images
