Disguise 2 (You may cast this card face down for 3 as a 2/2 creature with ward 2. Turn it face up any time for its disguise cost.)

Looks to be 6 mana to me. Or you can cast it and equip it for 4 mana.

Isn't it 3 to cast face down, 2 to flip, then 2 to equip? Asuming you aren't just casting and equiping for 4

From the card text:

When Concealed Weapon is turned face up, attach it to target creature you control.

And it is (3) to cast it face down, (2)R to turn it face up (6 mana).
