He's not wrong. Hentai and porn have the worst and abolutely stupid settings and plot. The characters are one dimensional and everything feels gross, grotesque and unrealistic. They don't even try any more.

i imagine most people prefer it that way so they don't have to get invested, have their 'quick fix'
