I worked on dairy farms for 10 years and it's common for almost every dairy farmer to drink raw milk / use it for cereal, teas coffees etc. It's supposed to be really good for gut health, I'm told. I've personally never known anyone to get sick from the milk, unless they've been used to drinking skimmed milk and they can't process the full strength stuff. That's not to say it can't happen, but if it's your place of work, you should know if your hygiene standards are good enough, and that your cows are healthy.

Inspite of all the raw milk I've drank, my football skills have not improved.

I’ve been thinking of giving it a go for 3-4 months just to see what’s it like but I’m a bit worried about the health side of things with it

it is not worth the risk to drink raw milk. getting E.Coli, Salmonella, etc is no joke. you’re more likely to end up in the hospital than get any of the benefits of probiotics. just eat yogurt or kefir or take a probiotic supplement.
