Regarding the Chelsea penalty for handball Dermot says it’s irrelevant that it came off Mudruk so close to Saliba

”It comes off Mudryk, but blocks it going forward to another player.

Yet it’s completely contradictory to what he said earlier this season when he said that it’s not a penalty because Diaz flicked it just in front of Jackson

I mean jackson has his hand by his chest and the ball could’ve hit him even if it does hit his hand
