Why would the women go to a country that gives them such little rights. This is insulting

What rights don’t women have in Saudi Arabia?

[–] CurseofLono88@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Well they definitely don’t have the right to be in a relationship ship with another woman.

Also there’s still a lot of issues with gender segregation.

But hey at least women can ride bicycles now (as long as they have a male guardian and are only riding in recreational areas, all while wearing full coverings- sounds fun!)

The right to kiss another woman.

Freedom of speech? The guardianship system? Freedom to chose not to wear an Burqa?

The vast majority of Saudi women do not wear a burqa

considering a lot are gay/bi that alone is a big problem

I agree, but that’s not a women’s rights issue. Men have the same restrictions

Free speech, legal guardianship of their children, freedom from marital rape, right to marry whomever they choose . . . Just off the top of my head

Right?! 2% of them have the right to drive now! Why are they complaining?

Buddy don't speak out of your ass. You can come to saudi arabia you will see women driving and without hijabs but I guess you understand the country more than the locals.
