"The facts speak for themselves, and they reek of human trafficking," [DHS spokesperson Tricia] McLaughlin said in the statement, adding that "the media's sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart.

The facts do speak for themselves, such as him not being a criminal until/unless he's found guilty at his trial, and his not having had a trial.

We straight up lost the War on Terror™️.
