It's what the character in the meme says when he hears an innuendo
I thought that was "Hello, nurse!"?
That's what Yakko and Wakko say when they see a hot woman; usually followed by Dot beating them up
"Goodnight everybody" was along the lines of being Yakko's "that's what she said"
