Like, really? Thought it would be no big deal? What the fuck, this is what's coming to America, so get ready.

I'm almost sure all my past online comments against Trump will one day be held against me in a court of law.

There are always courts of law! Just somtimes it's the king in his court making up the law...

Those are usually referred to as “the king’s courts”, and “court of law” specifically distinguishes that the court is based on law rather than the king.
