White flag? Have Russian invaders been flying it falsely, or does Ukraine just not care? (Legit question, I haven't heard about this. I stand with Ukraine.)

The white flag is, per international treaties, a signal you want to communicate with the other side regarding a truce or surrender. It's not a free "get out of jail" card when you're retreating.
